Behind every displaced child is a story that deserves to be heard. Behind every struggling mother is a heart carrying burdens that no family should have to bear alone.
In Buea, Fako Division, Cameroon, many children and mothers have fled their villages in search of safety. For some, the journey has come with heartbreaking losses, family separation, and the painful reality of rebuilding their lives far from home. Some children have lost their parents and other loved ones, leaving them particularly vulnerable and in need of care, protection, and support.
At Winner Kids Worldwide Foundation (WIKIF), we believe that every child deserves dignity, compassion, and the opportunity to thrive, regardless of the circumstances they face.
Turning Compassion into Action.
Following a needs assessment conducted by WIKIF staff, a group of vulnerable children and their mothers was identified and gathered in Molyko, Buea, to receive essential humanitarian assistance.
WIKIF provided soap and toilet rolls to support their basic hygiene needs and promote personal dignity.
Although these supplies may seem simple, they represent something much greater: a reminder to families facing hardship that they are not forgotten and that their lives matter.
For a mother struggling to care for her children in unfamiliar surroundings, even small acts of kindness can bring encouragement. For a child who has experienced loss and uncertainty, the knowledge that someone cares can help restore a sense of hope.
At WIKIF, we believe that humanity begins when we recognize the suffering of others and choose to respond.

We understand that the challenges facing these families cannot be solved through a single intervention.
Their needs may extend to food, education, clothing, healthcare, hygiene, and continued social support.
